FAQ for Shopify Users with the CWR App

How should I set up Win-Feeds if I already have the CWR app installed in my store?

Even if you use the CWR app, Win-Feeds will still pull product data from CWR along with other suppliers such as Wintron, Land and Sea, etc. CWR will remain your primary supplier. This setup lets us merge and match products across all suppliers, avoiding duplicate listings in your store.

Our algorithm checks multiple conditions. We first look for an exact SKU match. If that fails, we use a combination of brand (with fuzzy matching) and model number to identify the product. If no match is found, Win-Feeds will create the product.

No. Win-Feeds won’t overwrite or change data from the CWR app. Instead, it only adds supplier locations and inventory quantities to the product record, while CWR remains the main source.

No. Win-Feeds automatically creates the locations in your store and maps them to our database.

If that product is also available from another supplier, Win-Feeds will automatically re-create the product in Shopify using the secondary supplier’s information.

Yes. The products will remain in your store with only the CWR location and its inventory quantity, since the CWR app manages them directly.

Win-Cart Setup Fee Description

All Win-Cart websites will be hosted on a managed server, to provide an optimum experience for your visitors while allowing the server to process data in the background.

We will manage and maintain the server, providing daily backups and uptime monitoring and support. We take the responsibility of keeping your site up and running so you can concentrate on building your business.

Onboarding

All Win-Cart customers will have personalized onboarding, to help get things setup quickly and easily. This will include setting up your credit card merchant account so you can accept money, setting all preferences, and then a walk-through to show you how to use everything. We back that up with FREE phone and email support, and a video library that is continually growing with tips, tricks, and how-to videos.

About the Win-Cart Website

We will create a copy of our Demo site for you, that we will customize together using your company colors and branding. We’ll also replace the demo content with your content and images.

We will provide:

  • 2 hours of Consulting/Web Customization Work
  • 2 hours of Training on how to use the ecommerce system
  • 2 hour training to edit pages, change pictures, add blogs, etc.
The initial site is part of the Win-Cart Onboarding service, and then customization and expansion of the sites features and functionality can be done by you – because it is your site on your dedicated server!
 
You may*:
  • Use your own Web Developer to edit your site at any time, once the site is setup for you.
  • Add/Edit/Remove pages
  • Add Videos and Images to your gallery for use throughout the website

You will have to provide us with a domain name that you purchase yourself (GoDaddy.com).

* At your own risk. Support for issues and problems created after delivery of the working system can be fixed by the Win-Cart folks for a fee if the site was broken by your or a 3rd-party developer. (That’s fair for all of us, right?)
