Affiliate Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Salesperson to join our dynamic team. This commission-only position is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology, e-commerce, and sales.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new resellers, demonstrating the value of Win-Cart.com solutions, and contributing to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential resellers that receive their product line as a spreadsheet to import, or product data-feed to integrate with, within the e-commerce and retail sectors.
• Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
• Present and demonstrate Win-Cart.com’s value proposition to potential resellers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with new resellers.
• Provide ongoing support and training to resellers.
• Monitor reseller performance and implement strategies to boost sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Compensation:

• Initial Sale Commission: 20% of gross sale value on initial sale to a new reseller.
• Recurring Commission: 10% monthly on sales, contingent on resellers selling at least 1 new Win-Cart subscription in every 30-day period.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, with experience in technology, e-commerce, or retail sectors preferred. Prior commission-based sales experience advantageous.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, professional, strong work ethic, willingness to learn.
• Other: Must have valid USA driver’s license and residency.
• Internet Access and Knowledge: You must have regular access to the internet and email at all times.
